Buying Farsports wheels through Coventry Bespoke Cycles means you have UK-based support if you ever need servicing, replacement parts or technical help.
UK wheel servicing and repairs
Coventry Bespoke Cycles works with two highly experienced wheel builders with around 50–60 years of combined wheel-building experience.
For most Farsports wheelsets, we can carry out servicing and repairs in the UK, including:
- Spoke replacement
- Rim replacement
- Wheel rebuilding
- Freehub changes
- General wheel servicing and inspection
Farsports has also supplied Coventry Bespoke Cycles with specialist tools and spare components to support the wheel range.
UK-held spares
We hold selected Farsports spare parts in the UK, including freehub bodies and replacement spokes.
We also plan to hold selected replacement rims so that, where appropriate, a damaged wheel can be rebuilt in the UK rather than automatically requiring a full crash replacement or return overseas.
Direct technical support from Farsports
If a repair or technical issue requires manufacturer input, Coventry Bespoke Cycles has direct access to Farsports for technical guidance and product support.
Ultimate EVO S5
The Ultimate EVO S5 uses a one-piece integrated carbon spoke and hub-flange construction.
Because of this specialist construction, some structural repairs or rim replacements may require the wheel to be returned to Farsports in China.
Where appropriate, the Farsports Crash Replacement Program may provide a faster solution, and where suitable UK stock is available Coventry Bespoke Cycles may also be able to offer a replacement from local stock.
