DELIVERY & COLLECTION
IN-PERSON HANDOVER (PREFERRED)
Where possible, every bike is:
- Collected in person, or
- Hand-delivered directly by us
This allows for proper setup, final checks, and ensures the bike feels exactly right before you ride it.
UK COURIER DELIVERY
Where distance requires it, we offer nationwide UK delivery via trusted carriers such as DHL or Parcelforce.
- UK delivery from £75 depending on location
- All bikes are professionally packed prior to dispatch
- Fully prepared and checked before leaving us
We prioritise proper packing and reliable carriers over cutting costs — it’s the only way to ensure the bike arrives as intended.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Most bikes are dispatched within 2–4 working days once payment is cleared
- We will confirm timing with you directly before dispatch
- Hand-delivery or collection is arranged by appointment
ON DELIVERY
When your bike arrives:
- Please inspect it as soon as reasonably possible
- If there are any concerns, contact us straight away
Any visible issues must be reported within 24 hours, with supporting photos.
RETURNS (DISTANCE PURCHASES ONLY)
For purchases completed remotely (without prior in-person viewing), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
- The bike must be returned in the same condition as supplied
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The bike must be properly packaged (we can advise if needed)
- Original packaging should be retained where possible to ensure safe return
- We may make reasonable deductions if the bike shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Refunds are issued once the bike has been returned and assessed.
NON-DISTANCE (IN-PERSON) PURCHASES
For bikes collected or hand-delivered in person:
- Distance selling cancellation rights do not apply
- Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain fully in place
This ensures the bike is fully checked and agreed before leaving us.
OUR APPROACH
Most bikes we supply need nothing further — they are carefully prepared, checked, and test ridden before sale.
If something genuinely isn’t right, we deal with it properly.
