Whether you’re just starting with Cyclescheme or already have your Certificate, we’ll make the process as straightforward as possible and keep you informed along the way.

2. QUOTE
If you haven’t applied yet, we can help you with the details you need for your Cyclescheme application.
Already have your Cyclescheme Certificate? That’s fine too — simply contact us and we can take you through the next step.
3. REDEEM
Once your Certificate is ready, we’ll guide you through the redemption process.
Cyclescheme will ask you to review and sign your Hire Agreement before the redemption can be completed.
We’ll stay in touch throughout the process, so if anything changes or you need to check something with us, you can call or message us directly.
4. COLLECT OR DELIVER
Once the Cyclescheme redemption is complete, your bike can be released.
You can collect from Coventry or speak to us about arranging delivery.
