wheelsets

Wheel choice changes a bike more than almost anything else.

Most riders don’t need to chase marginal gains, they just need the right setup — something that feels right on the road, holds its speed, and doesn’t become a compromise after a few months of use.

We keep things simple. What’s here reflects what we’ve used across real builds and kept coming back to.

cv6 series Carbon Wheelsets

The CV6 Series is our in-house wheel setup — built around a combination we’ve been refining since 2019.

Unbranded by design, these are built to our specification using proven components, including DT Swiss and similar hub options, paired with Sapim CX-Ray spokes.

The focus isn’t on chasing the lightest possible number. It’s about getting the balance right — something that rolls well, holds pace, and still feels solid over time.

They’ve been used across a wide range of builds, from everyday upgrades through to higher-end bikes where the goal is simply to get things working properly without overthinking it.

We usually keep a small number built and ready, so they can be fitted without delay when the right bike comes along.

No fuss, just a well-sorted wheelset.

FarSports Carbon Wheelsets

Alongside our own builds, we also supply selected FarSports wheelsets.

We’ve been working with them for a number of years and have used their wheels across multiple bikes, including more recent builds using their higher-end options.

Their upper-tier range, including the S5 Evo, offers a noticeable step forward in weight and responsiveness, without pushing into the territory of the more expensive names in the market.

They’ve been well received elsewhere too, but for us, it’s the consistency and finish that’s kept them in rotation.

We do occasionally hold certain options ready to go, depending on current builds.

If you’re thinking about changing your wheels, or just not sure what would actually make a difference, it’s worth having a quick conversation first.

Most of the time, it’s not about going higher end — it’s about getting it right.

Tell us what you’re riding and we’ll point you in the right direction.
