farsports crash replacement program
Farsports provides a one-time 35% discount on a replacement carbon product following crash or accident damage, subject to evidence being supplied and the claim being accepted.
This program is separate from the Farsports Manufacturer Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.
How the program works
If a Farsports carbon product is damaged in a crash or accident, stop using the product and contact Coventry Bespoke Cycles.
We’ll review the issue, gather the information needed for assessment and handle the crash replacement claim with Farsports for you.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Details of how the damage occurred
- Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim
If the claim is accepted, the customer will be eligible for a 35% discount on a replacement carbon product under the Farsports Crash Replacement Program.
UK support
If you bought your Farsports product from Coventry Bespoke Cycles, contact us first if you need to make a crash replacement claim. We’ll handle the process with Farsports for you.
Where appropriate and where suitable UK stock is available, Coventry Bespoke Cycles may also be able to offer a faster replacement solution rather than requiring the customer to wait for a damaged product to be returned overseas.
Eligibility and final approval remain subject to the terms of the Farsports Crash Replacement Program.
