FARSPORTS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Farsports provides a 36-month manufacturer warranty on carbon fibre products for the original owner.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, the product should stop being used until it has been assessed.
Where a product is confirmed to be unsafe because of a manufacturing defect, the remedy will be repair or replacement of the defective part or product as appropriate.
What this warranty covers
This manufacturer warranty applies to defects arising from the manufacture of the product.
Damage caused by a crash or accident is not treated as a manufacturing defect, but Farsports provides separate support for this through its Crash Replacement Program.
The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
- Unauthorised modifications
- Improper assembly or use
- Normal wear and tear, including bearings, spokes and cosmetic finishes
- Damage caused by incompatible parts or accessories
- Negligence, intentional damage or natural disasters
The warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.
UK warranty support
For Farsports products purchased from Coventry Bespoke Cycles, Coventry Bespoke Cycles will be the customer’s first point of contact and will manage the warranty process with Farsports on the customer’s behalf.
Customers should contact Coventry Bespoke Cycles with details of the issue, proof of purchase and any supporting photographs or information required for assessment.
This manufacturer warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights available to UK consumers.
